This course is a one-day introduction to the global classification system GHS (Globally Harmonized System). The course is based on GHS as it is implemented in the EU, where it will be called CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging of substances and mixtures). The course may be adapted to other wishes. Qualifications
You already have knowledge of classification and labelling of substances and products according to the present EU legislation. It will also be useful if you know how to prepare a safety data sheet.

After the course you can

• classify substances and mixtures according to GHS/CLP
• prepare labels according to GHS/CLP
• update existing safety data sheets to meet GHS/CLP requirements
